{"id":82,"date":"2022-05-10T22:54:57","date_gmt":"2022-05-10T21:54:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/monwaraali.com\/index.php\/2022\/05\/10\/purpose-is-the-greatest-driver\/"},"modified":"2022-05-10T22:54:57","modified_gmt":"2022-05-10T21:54:57","slug":"purpose-is-the-greatest-driver","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/monwaraali.com\/index.php\/2022\/05\/10\/purpose-is-the-greatest-driver\/","title":{"rendered":"Purpose is the greatest driver!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Passion is what keeps the oil burning&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\\&#8217;m passionate about baking so after my last Q&amp;A Session on Compassion, I baked a Pear &amp; Almond Tart, which the family enjoyed \uf60b after breaking our fast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I can\\&#8217;t thank Kiechelle Degale enough for her insight and support during the Q&amp;A Sessions on Compassion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sessions were intense, but I hope we were able to add value for those who attended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My takeaways from the sessions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. most people want to change the status quo, but need the comfort of a circle of safety to empower them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. We can not be held responsible for our past, but do need to acknowledge it to move forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Share your truth if it helps to enable others to also speak their truth &#8211; it doesn\\&#8217;t have to define you, but it will definitely connect you to others like you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
