Monwara is the CEO of Waltham Forest Community Hub - an East London charity and a Founder & Director of Stow Inspire, a Fundraising Specialist and a Motivational Speaker. She is the Chair of the EDI Committee at the Chartered Institute of Fundraising holding qualifications in Fundraising Management and Practice. She is passionate about leadership and how instrumental it is to developing services for the community. She has a strong conviction that women make great leaders and hence to help them unleash their potential and increase their leadership capacity Monwara offers business coaching and growth opportunities through her signature course `Trailblazer Leadership Programme’. Monwara recently established Ma Learning Institute in Bangladesh, to help women learn skills and support them to develop financial independence. She lives in London with her husband and two children and in her spare time, Monwara enjoys being creative with her culinary and baking skills.
